Completed in 2007, this Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill-designed, 35-story, million-plus square foot mixed-use development consists of 227 condominium apartments, 132 rental apartments, a Whole Foods Market and a Barnes & Noble Booksellers. Though TriBeCa has long been a destination neighborhood for celebrities, models and moguls craving more space, the minds behind 101 Warren intended to give buyers more choices under one roof.
